Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. Each order is carefully packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

 

Local pickup may be available for nearby shoppers — if so, you'll see it as an option at checkout.

 

Once a package leaves us, delivery times are in the carrier's hands, but if anything goes wrong we're here to help. Just email info@mysecondstory.co with your order number.
